Description

The Vitaparcours starts at the shooting range at the end of the village in the direction of Preda. From there it leads along a circular path along the edge of the forest and past the campsite back to the starting point. Along the way, the runners complete exercises for mobility, dexterity, strength and endurance at 15 stations.

Geheimtipp

The course is suitable for everyone. For less ambitious athletes, a walk through the area is also worthwhile.

Directions

Starting point: On the main road towards Oberdorf. Turn right after the red railway wagon with farm products. Follow this road in the direction of the shooting range. The Vitaparcours starts on the other side of the stream.
