Bergün Bahnhof - Filisur Bahnhof (Bahnerlebnisweg, Etappe 2)

The Railway Adventure Trail runs along one of the most spectacular railway lines in Europe and uses information boards to draw attention to the cultural and historical achievements of the construction pioneers of the Albula Railway. The hike leads from Preda to Bergün and on to Filisur. On the way, barbecue areas invite you to rest and relax.

From Kakadu Bar, turn right and follow the road until you have crossed the bridge. At the next signpost, the hiking trail leads up the hill to the right in the direction of Stuls. The path runs past the Albula railway museum on the right and then crosses the track. Then continue straight ahead along the road until the path turns into a gravel path. At the next signpost, turn right again and follow the hiking trail towards Stuls. After crossing the road, the path continues down to the left - partly steep, which runs above the railway line to Stuls station.

Pass the train station and cross the bridge that crosses the railway track. Then turn right and pass a fireplace. From here, the path leads steeply downhill to the main road. There you first turn left across the car park and then across the road. After crossing the bridge, turn right and follow the hiking trail to the "Bellaluna" house. The path leads behind the building, then turn right and reach the Albula River. After crossing the bridge, turn left immediately and follow

the hiking trail that winds along the Albula to Frevgias.

In Frevgias, turn left, go straight ahead and cross another bridge. Immediately afterwards, the path continues to the right towards Filisur along the Albula. At the next bridge, turn right, cross it and follow the path towards Filisur station. The last section leads through the picturesque village to the train station.
