Mark Sport Bergün shows you how to sledge more safely with a few simple tips and tricks in a two-part course.

The course consists of the following two parts:

Carving sledging made easy
Braking and steering technique
Fun and safety
Which sledge suits me?

Practice

Accompanied sledging from Preda to Bergün

With these few steps, sledging is even more fun for beginners and advanced sledgers alike! Warm clothing, winter shoes with a good tread and a helmet are recommended.
