Small day menu with carrot soup, röstis, various salsiz, Alpine cheese from the alp digl Chant, home-made nut cakes, Linzertorten and other fine cakes!
In the evening we serve our half board guests always a freshly prepared dinner consisting of soup, salad or vegetables, main course and dessert!
The regionality is very important to us, so we refer salsiz from beef, deer, chamois or ibex from the butcher Erwin Eggenberger in Filisur, alpine cheese from the alp digl Chant in Bergün, eggs from the farm Plaschair and bread from the bakery Preisig in Bergün.
