The authentic group house Sonnenhof in Preda consists of 10 rooms with a cozy size of 2-4 beds. You will benefit from a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with a fireplace. Our group house is ideal for family holidays, school camps and other groups and offers you a pleasant stay in the heart of Graubünden.
Wonderfully nestled in the Ela Nature Park and close to the Albula route, you can enjoy relaxing hours at almost 1800 m above sea level. The sunny forecourt with meadow and fireplace invites you to linger and play. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, ski touring, tobogganing, etc. start right outside the doorstep. Our wood-fired sauna is another highlight after sporting activity.
Prices
600 CHF per night, from the third night 500 CHF per night. The minimum stay is 2 nights.
The price includes all costs, excluding final cleaning and bed linen.

Group House Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the booking price will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 75% of the booking price will be charged. Cancellations and changes made later, as well as no-shows, will be charged with the total amount.
