3 1/2 room holiday home, 90 m2 with 4 beds. Renting less than 3 nights possible on request!

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and one double bed. 2 sofa beds (140x200cm) in the living room.
- Cot, child seat.
- Separate living-dining kitchen with oven, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine.
- Bed linen, bathroom linen and kitchen towels can be rented.
- Shower and WC in one room, separate WC.
- TV, radio, internet.
- Pets allowed by arrangement.
- Storage room in the basement.
- Outdoor seating area with table, chairs and shade.
- Fire barbecue on request.
- Parking place (not usable in case of too much snow) 4 minutes walking distance from the house there is a parking place for Fr. 5.00 per day.
Prices
Rental under 3 nights possible on request! 1-2 nights basic price + CHF 55.00(winter) CHF 40.00(summer) per night incl. electricity.
Not included in the rental price:
- Visitor's tax obligatory: adults/night CHF 3.00, children/night (6-12) CHF 1.50.
- Electricity and telephone according to meter.
These services can be booked on request:
- Bed linen/bed CHF 10.00, Bath linen/person CHF 5.00, Kitchen towels per pc. CHF 1.00.
- Final cleaning CHF 70.00 - 100.00.
- Internet CHF 15.00 per week.
- Fireplace with grill (without firewood) per week SFr. 10.00, firewood per 25 kg SFr. 18.00.
Cancellation costs
In case of cancellation of the rental contract the following costs will be charged: Upon conclusion of the contract Fr. 100.-, up to 6 months before the start of the rental period 20%, 6 to 5 months before the start of the rental period 40%, 5 to 4 months before the start of the rental period 60%, 4 to 3 months before the start of the rental period 80%, 3 to 0 months before the start of the rental period 100% of the flat-rate basic costs. Cancellation must be made in writing. The postmark is decisive. Based on OR Article 257. In the event of possible subletting (in part or in full), the costs not covered will be charged. In the case of an official order that makes an event impossible, these costs are waived up to CHF 100.
